Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid carbon-neutral shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
